Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is my submission on this board fully anonymous?

Absolutely. ITKB's retrospective board is built on absolute data privacy. The serverless backend does not record your name, email, phone number, or IP address during submission, ensuring a 100% anonymous environment.

Q: What happens if I lose my private Admin Link?

Because we do not require account registration to ensure safety, we cannot retrieve private keys for users. If you lose your Admin Link, **you cannot regain administrative access to that board.** However, you can check the "Your Created Boards" list on our landing page (it stores history in your browser cache) to find it back.

Q: How long does Cloudflare store my board data?

We have an automatic 90-day deletion cycle. If your board has zero new activities (no reads, no writes, no new notes) for more than 90 consecutive days, Cloudflare's serverless database will automatically wipe the board permanently to clear up storage.
